A first scan takes a few minutes. While the crawl runs, the app shows how many pages it has crawled.
RankScan checks every 10 minutes for scans without progress and marks them as failed:
- AI scans after 10 minutes without activity
- search and health scans after 2 hours
If the search data provider is slow, RankScan postpones the search scan by 6 hours instead of marking it as failed.
