The Reporting lets you bring RankScan data into your own dashboards, data warehouses or Looker Studio. Access is token-based and read-only.

Create an API token #

1. Open account settings and go to API Tokens.

2. Create a new token and copy it immediately. For security reasons, it is shown only once.

3. Use the token as the access key for the reporting endpoints. Delete tokens you no longer need.

The Reporting API provides a combined topic overview, covering Health, Search and AI per topic, as well as detailed reports for Health, Search and AI.

Connect Looker Studio #

1. Set up the RankScan Community Connector in Looker Studio.

2. Authenticate with your API token.

3. Choose property and topic. The connector automatically uses the matching data granularity.

Tip #

Create a separate token for each client or integration. This lets you revoke individual access without affecting other integrations.
