Google Search Console gives RankScan the real search data for your website. This helps you see not only rankings, but also where clicks and diverge from impressions. The connection is optional, but highly valuable for analysis.
How to connect GSC #
1. Open the property settings and go to the Website Health or Google Search Console section.
2. Click "Connect Google Search Console". You will be redirected to Google.
3. Sign in with the Google account that has access to the relevant GSC property and approve access.
4. Choose the correct GSC property from the list and confirm.
5. Done. RankScan synchronizes search performance data and enriches the search and health analyses.
You can disconnect Google Search Console again at any time. Synchronization then stops, but existing data remains available.

Tip #
Use a Google account that is actually authorized for the domain in Google Search Console, either as owner or full user. Otherwise the property will not appear in the selection.
